Ingredients
- g chicken thighs, chopped
- onion, sliced
- ml dashi stock
- tbs soya sauce
- tbs mirin
- pinch of sugar
- eggs, beaten
- g cooked rice
- spring onion, sliced
Method
- Cut the chicken into pieces
- Add the dashi stock to pan and heat
- Add mirin, soya sauce, and the sugar
- Bring to boil, then simmer on medium heat for a few minutes
- Add chicken and cook
- Once chicken is done (10–12 minutes), add the onion
- Pour into the pan and let it cook a few minutes
- Serve and garnish with spring onions
